The Production Manager of Asphalt Plants, Concrete Batch Plants, and Crushers is responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe operation of these facilities throughout the Kingdom. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to effectively manage teams. The Production Manager will ensure production targets are met, quality standards are upheld, and operational processes are optimized. Plant Operations Management: − Supervise the day-to-day operations of asphalt plants, concrete batch plants, and crushers. − Monitor and manage production schedules to ensure timely project completion. − Optimize plant processes to improve efficiency and minimize waste, with a focus on achieving a zero waste target. − Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. − Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs as necessary. Skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. − Proven experience in managing asphalt plants, concrete batch plants, and crushers. − Strong knowledge of asphalt and concrete production processes, including mix design and quality control. − Familiarity with crushers and crushing processes is highly desirable. − Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams. − Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. − Strong organizational and time management skills. − Good understanding of safety practices and regulations. − Proficiency in using relevant computer software and production management systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
