Role Repsonsibilities:

Are you interested in joining the premier Department store in Dubai?Â We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Floor Manager for Harvey Nichols in Mall of the Emirates. Presenting some of the best selection of brands in Fashion, Beauty, Home and Fine Jewellery & Watches the store offers the ultimate shopping experience.Â We are looking for leaders of the Retail industry to come and join our fantastic team.

The Harvey Nichols store in Dubai is a fitting tribute to the discerning Dubai shopper, for whom luxury is a way of life and we are looking for a Manager that is looking to be a part of this.

Person:

The successful candidate will be a focused individual whoÂ can provide leadership to a team to achieve goals and objectives. We are looking for someone that is confident andÂ has good coaching andÂ mentoring skills.Â

You should be used to working with a variety of cultures both as a Customer andÂ members ofÂ staff.Â Good communications skills are essential.

As a member of the Management structure of the Department Store it isÂ expected that you are ableÂ to work as a team!

Excellent grooming is essential.

Experience:

Ideally you will have come from a Department Store background.Â We are looking for someone that has managed a significant size Department and has anÂ in depth knowledge of the industry.Â You should be able to show thorough product knowledge and have a sound understanding of latest trends.

We are looking for someone that can show a background in driving sales and commercial opportunities, you should have evidence of how you have met and exceeded targets.

Customer service is a very important part of this role and therefore you will have to evidence how you have cultivated a culture of excellent customer service.

You should have experience in managing stock loss through implementation and adherence to policies and procedures and be able to analyse stock management.

Ideally the successful candidate will be able to analyse reports on a daily basis to identify commercial opportunities.

You should also have experience in ensuring Visual Merchandising standards are maintained within the brand expectations.
