- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and logistics to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management.
- Monitor market trends and customer preferences to recommend product enhancements or new product offerings.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives by effectively promoting and selling products to customers.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships through regular visits and meetings.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred.
- Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the packaging industry.
- Years of work experience: 2-5 years of sales experience.
- Language requirements: Fluency in the local language and good command of English.
- Technical and hard skills: Proficiency in using sales software and tools, such as CRM systems.
- Soft skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Personal qualities and physical abilities: Self-motivated, result-oriented, and physically fit for regular market visits.
