Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Rooms Division Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all operations related to the hotel’s rooms, ensuring that the highest standards of quality and customer service are maintained. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who drives continuous improvement and fosters a collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Operations Management: Oversee all areas of the rooms division, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Inspirational Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide exceptional guest service while promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Continuous Improvement Strategy: Implement innovative processes and operational procedures that optimize efficiency and enhance the guest experience.
  • Financial Control: Manage the department's budget by monitoring expenses and revenues to maximize profitability without compromising service quality.
  • Exceptional Customer Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving any issues or concerns related to rooms, ensuring total guest satisfaction.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (such as sales, marketing, and food & beverage) to ensure a seamless and integrated experience for guests.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in roles related to the rooms division.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations along with proven experience in team leadership.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both guests and staff.
  • Results-oriented approach with analytical skills for informed decision-making.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • University degree in Tourism or related field; a master’s degree in Hotel Management/Administration is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and hotel management software, especially OPERA by Oracle.
  • High level of English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
