We are one of the most profitable companies in the world, as well as amongst the top five global companies by market capitalization.OverviewWe are seeking a Group Advisory Project Management Officer to join our Group Operating Model Advisory Team.The Group Transformation & Advisory Department are responsible for establishing and managing a set of initiatives to foster greater alignment within the Saudi Aramco Group organization through direct and indirect interventions.Your primary role is to drive the groups mindset and behaviors to support accelerated growth of Aramco Group. You will oversee the ideation, design and implementation of a set of high visibility initiatives to accelerate Aramco's evolution towards a global company enabling the creation of a unified and inclusive culture.Key ResponsibilitiesAs the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:

  • Conduct rigorous benchmark studies to evaluate market trends and possibly identify potential opportunities (Initiative Ideation).
  • Define, develop and evaluate initiatives based on impact and feasibility detailing timelines, resources and key enablers to drive group mindset.
  • Secure approval of initiatives and allocate needed resources and budget.
  • Develop a change management plan to execute and implement initiatives, and track and report progress to management.
Minimum Requirements
  • As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business and Management or a related major. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • You will have a minimum of 10 years' experience, preferably within consulting companies.
