The Client: Our client is a leading company based in Mecca, KSA, committed to innovation and operational excellence. As part of their strategic expansion, they are looking for a Project Management Office (PMO) Professional to join their Strategic Management Office and support project governance and execution. The Role: As a PMO Professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring effective project management and governance within the organization. You will be responsible for monitoring project progress, tracking against plans, managing risks and issues, and ensuring clear stakeholder communication. The role will involve working closely with leadership and project teams to drive project success through structured governance and reporting.

Implement and maintain project governance frameworks to ensure structured project execution.
Monitor project progress against plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, providing mitigation strategies as needed.
Ensure effective stakeholder management, facilitating communication between project teams and leadership.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations.
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
Support portfolio and resource management, ensuring optimal project prioritization and execution.

The Ideal Candidate:

1-4 years of experience in Project Management and Project Governance within a PMO or EPMO (Enterprise PMO) setup.
As per Saudi government initiatives, locals would be highly preferred in this role.
Strong understanding of project tracking, risk management, and reporting methodologies.
Proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders at various levels within an organization.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present insights effectively.
Experience in Civil, Construction, Engineering, IT, or Telecom industries will not be considered for this role.
