We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team at MDLBEAST, a leading music entertainment company with a portfolio of hospitality and nightlife venues. As the Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the senior project manager with overseeing and coordinating multiple projects within our hospitality and nightlife division.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Fully accountable for building, delivering & driving project timelines for our newly and soon to be launched hospitality concepts.Manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project completion.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all areas of the project.Manage relationships with external partners, authorities, and vendors.Support the Executive Director - Venues & Senior Project Manager with presentations for Venues division projects.Education & Training

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Knowledge & Experience

To ensure that we find the best candidate for this position, please provide the following job requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the hospitality or nightlife industryDemonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneouslyProven track record of delivering projects on time and within budgetKnowledge of venue operations and logisticsProficiency in project management tools and software

Skills & AbilitiesAbility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve objectivesExcellent communication & project management skills with the ability to present ideas effectively and influence stakeholdersAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong reporting skills using project management tools (ClickUp) and excellent proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
