We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion within the Beauty division. This role requires a proactive and dynamic individual with a strong sales acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. The focus is on personality, leadership, and sales capability, and industry-specific experience is a plus. Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead, manage, and develop the sales activity to achieve and exceed performance targets.
  2. Design and implement strategic sales plans to enhance market presence and revenue growth.
  3. Establish and nurture strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  5. Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and strategic recommendations to management.
  6. Foster a high-performance culture within the sales team through continuous training, coaching, and professional development.
  7. Oversee and drive sales efforts within the Beauty division, focusing on both B2B and Trading channels.
  8. Development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
  9. Achievement of sales targets through effective team leadership and performance management.
  10. Continuous evaluation of sales metrics, with data-driven insights to optimize sales processes.
  11. Effective collaboration with internal stakeholders to support business growth and customer engagement.
  12. Representation of the organization at industry events and client meetings to strengthen market positioning.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Open to various levels of experience; a strong sales mindset and leadership capabilities are prioritized.
