Work Experience: 6.0 Year(s) To 10.0 Year(s)Experience working with Lightning web components and APEX is a must.Maintain and customize CRM Sales, Service and Community Cloud implementations.Developing high performing solutions on the Salesforce platform.Good technical foundation including advanced structured programming - APEX, Force.com, Flows, Lightning Framework.Knowledge of SOQL, structured system analysis and design methods, etc. Extensive knowledge of Sharing & Security including CRED/FLS permissions, OWD, Sharing rules, etc.The Salesforce Specialist Developer will provide insight in advanced technical analysis, conduct needs assessments and configure apps as required.Assist in key functions involving business user training and ongoing support with a focus on declarative solutions and understanding what can be accomplished with standard/out of the box functionality.Having a very good understanding of Salesforce best practices and governance limits.Experience implementing Salesforce Integration with other applications using SOAP, REST, BULK APIs.Work on complex technical problems to provide consistent, innovative solutions for faster implementations with less risk.Should be an expert in Flows and Lightning Framework to enhance existing workflows.Knowledge of HexaBPM tool would be an advantage.Candidate should have experience in Salesforce - field service.
