Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Project Manager to lead and oversee technology projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Develop project plans, defining scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources required.
Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within financial constraints.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with organizational goals.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT project management and Electrical engineering.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and a strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering solutions.
