Our client, a well-established British Nursery with multiple branches in Dubai, is looking for a qualified and experienced Nursery Manager for their branch in Jumeirah. Salary: AED 15,000 to AED 20,000 + visa + medical insurance + air ticket + 27 days Annual Leave Timings: 7:30 am to 4 pm Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure the Nursery’s commitment to quality education and its continued improvement, with a main focus on students’ outcomes.
- Maintain policies and procedures to ensure children’s health and safety at all times.
- Recruit, appoint, and train qualified staff as per the standards set by the Early Years Curriculum.
- Manage the staff at the nursery and ensure that everyone follows and maintains the standard of quality.
- Ensure lesson plans are in place and that they follow the British curriculum.
- Must have a Masters in Education or Cache Level 5.
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience, of which 2 years should be in the UAE.
- Relevant and appropriate teaching experience; preferably holds teaching qualifications.
