Job Title: Social Media Manager Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Vacancy: 1 Vacancy Job Description: Palace Group is seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital strategies, managing the brand’s online presence, engaging with its audience, and driving growth across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and others targeting luxury real estate buyers and investors.
- Compile and create visually compelling content (e.g., images, videos, virtual tours) highlighting the company’s high-end developments.
- Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns to target potential buyers and investors globally, especially those interested in Dubai real estate.
- Build and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent engagement and posting.
- Oversee and manage the design, content, and functionality of the Palace Group website.
- Ensure the website effectively reflects the company’s luxury brand image and showcases projects in a visually appealing manner.
- Optimize the website to attract and engage high-net-worth individuals and potential investors.
- Regularly update content, including project portfolios, blogs, and new sections to keep the site dynamic and engaging.
- Collaborate with photographers and videographers to create captivating visuals of luxury villas and developments.
- Write engaging captions, blog posts, and newsletters that reflect Palace Group’s high-end image.
- Develop and produce video content such as project walkthroughs, client testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
Audience Engagement:
- Foster community engagement by responding to inquiries, comments, and messages across all social media platforms.
- Manage online reviews, maintaining a positive brand reputation.
Market Analysis and Competitor Research:
- Research and monitor trends in the luxury real estate market to inform and adapt social media strategies.
- Monitor competitors’ digital activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment between digital activities and broader business goals.
- Collaborate with agencies and other external partners to ensure project timelines, goals, and deliverables are met.
- Provide feedback and insights to guide campaign strategies and ensure alignment with Palace Group’s brand identity.
Brand Building:
- Ensure all digital content aligns with Palace Group’s vision of luxury, excellence, and innovation.
- Develop partnerships with influencers, bloggers, and luxury real estate platforms to build brand presence and credibility.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Strong proficiency with the latest social media management tools and platforms.
In-depth knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies.
Experience in coordinating with PR agencies to enhance brand visibility and manage media relations.
Strong content creation skills, including photography, graphic design, or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative and innovative with a strong sense of aesthetic judgment.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Self-motivated and proactive with a result-driven mindset.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high-quality content creation.
Professional, polished attitude suited to representing a luxury brand.
