Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing a team, controlling budgets and inventory, implementing F&B strategies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The F&B Manager plays a key role in driving the success of the food and beverage offerings, enhancing the guest experience, and supporting the business objectives . المسؤوليات Oversee all operations of the food and beverage outlets. Ensure consistently high levels of customer service. Guarantee adherence to brand standards. Manage, train, and develop the Food and Beverage team. Address guest inquiries promptly and efficiently. Operate within the budget guidelines for food, liquor costs, and payroll. Set departmental goals, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures. Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to create and update menus. Take responsibility for monthly inventory counts. Motivate team members to maximize sales and revenue. Conduct annual and mid-year performance reviews with managers under your supervision. Evaluate guest satisfaction and focus on continuous improvement. Organize communication meetings and ensure meeting minutes are documented. Promote environmental awareness in operations. Assist other departments as needed and maintain positive working relationships. Adhere to hotel security, fire safety regulations, and all health and safety laws. المؤهلات

  • Experience in Food and Beverage management or supervisory roles.
  • Capable of achieving financial targets.
  • Able to adhere to all Food and Beverage brand guidelines.
  • Strong ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Maintains high grooming standards.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards quality management systems.
  • Eagerness to develop both team members and personal skills.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to various work situations.
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
