Position Overview: As the Supply Chain & Procurement General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's procurement and supply chain functions in the dynamic aviation industry. Leading a skilled team, you'll design strategies to acquire goods and services at optimal cost and quality, foster strong supplier relationships, and ensure the effective management of materials. Your efforts will directly enhance operational excellence, compliance, and cost-efficiency while contributing to the success of key aviation operations. Benefits:

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 12 years of experience (including 5 years in a managerial role) or a Master's/Ph.D. with 9 years of experience (including 4 years in a managerial position).
Proven leadership in building strategic partnerships, driving change, and leading diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
Expertise in procurement management, tendering, vendor relations, material management, and sourcing strategies.
Strong commitment to safety, innovation, and collaboration, with a focus on customer-centric operations.
