Responsibilities:
- Assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Concierge within the Rooms Division.
- Maintain the Concierge daily Log Book and provide exceptional services to guests and internal customers at all times to maintain positive interactions and good working relationships.
- Assist the Manager in efficiently managing the Concierge Department according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times.
- Conduct daily pre-shift briefing to associates on transport requirements, arrival and departure of VIP guests, functions/events, and any special attention that is needed.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (minimum requirement).
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury hotel in a concierge or guest services role.
- Strong customer service background with a focus on guest satisfaction.
