What You'll Be Doing: As the Compensation & Benefits Manager (EMEA) , you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our total rewards strategy across the region. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the annual HR budget for multiple countries across EMEA.
  • Conducting regular market benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits practices.
  • Leading the annual salary review process in collaboration with Country HR Leaders.
  • Preparing comprehensive offer packages for new hires and internal transfers.
  • Researching cost of living indices and providing insights for decision-making.
  • Preparing and presenting monthly and yearly HR analytics reports.
  • Performing monthly comparisons of actual staff costs versus budgeted staff costs to ensure alignment.
  • Driving regional bonus and incentive programs, ensuring fairness and alignment with company objectives.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
  • Regional experience within EMEA is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze data effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience with budgeting and financial planning.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and hierarchies.
  • Proven ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Openness to professional development and learning opportunities.
