About the Role: Assistant Manager - Recruitment is responsible for supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. This role will effectively collaborate with hiring managers across various departments to understand their specific needs and ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
  • Full-cycle recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates across various roles within the Community Management division.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies: Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews: Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit through various interview techniques, including behavioral, technical, and situational interviews.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities within the ATS.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to enhance Dubai Holding's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends, technologies, and best practices.
About you:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in recruitment within a fast-paced Real estate, Infrastructure and Community Management environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
