Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:
  2. Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  3. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
  4. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  5. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  6. Customer Relationship Management:
  7. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on client inquiries.
  9. Regularly visit clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
  10. Reporting and Documentation:
  11. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
  12. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry.
  2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  4. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
Commission Procedure:
  1. Base Salary: The field sales executive will receive a base salary.
  2. Commission Rate: A commission will be earned on each sale made. The commission rate will be [X%] of the sale value.
  3. Targets: Monthly sales targets will be set, and achieving these targets will be rewarded with additional bonuses.
  4. Payment Schedule: Commissions will be calculated monthly and paid out at the end of each month.
  5. Performance Reviews: Regular performance reviews will be conducted to ensure targets are being met and to provide support for improving sales strategies.
