We are looking for an exceptional Real Estate Leasing Consultant to join our expanding team! You will manage all real estate transactions and operations on behalf of your clients. Full-time

Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
Intermediate negotiation process, consult clients on market conditions, price, mortgages, legal requirements, ensuring fair and honest dealing.
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.
Maintain and update listing of availability.
Promote sales and listing services.
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

Requirements:

Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent.
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
2 years Qatar real estate experience.
Fluency in English mandatory; Arabic, Russian, and Chinese are beneficial.
Qatar Driving license.
