Our Client, a leading retail company in Dubai, is looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to join their team. Reporting to the GM, the job purpose will be to develop and implement an effective marketing strategy and to ensure customer marketing plans are fully integrated with the brand marketing plan. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

To increase market share by brand building and awareness in order to support achieving company objectives.
Execute, control, and manage consumer promotions to achieve marketing objectives.
Development and implementation of POS for NPDs and for other opportunities as per trade requirements, in-store animation implementation for NPDs with sales team coordination.
Development of a trade promotional plan with key customers and channels, ensuring the Key Accounts Calendar is followed and creating new promotions to increase sales.
Working closely with key customers to provide category and shopper insights to drive performance.
Manage and evaluate trade promotion levels to achieve maximum return on investments.
Generate brand awareness with in-store animation activities to be dominant against competitors.
Monitor competitor activity to plan response action plans.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or similar from a recognized university or equivalent experience. Minimum experience: 4 to 5 years in Trade Marketing with a recognized business. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES Job Specific: Analytic skills, Objection handling, Presentation Skills, Key Account Management. Generic Skills: Growth Mindset, Team Leadership, Innovative thinking, Strategic Influence. FINANCIALS & DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY Financial Scope: Trade Marketing Budget Management, Return on Investment Analysis. Reporting Staff: Promoters. Decision Making Authority: Promotion Expense Level, Marketing activities, Vacation schedule for Promoters. WORKING ENVIRONMENT & COMMUNICATION Working Environment: Office and Field. Internal Relationships: General Manager, Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, Operations Manager.
