- Proper Planning & Implementing the resources for the Project
- Coordinating with Client, Consultants, Sub Contractors & Authorities
- Preparation of Internal schedules for projects and implementation
- Maintain the MIS and present to the Management.
- Organize & attend the Progress Review Meetings
- Obtaining the necessary approvals from Authorities.
- G+12 approved Engineer
- Minimum 7-10 years of UAE Experience in Construction Industry.
- UAE Driving License.
- Should be available to join immediately.
- Ability to lead a team by being good and effective communicator.
- Excellence in planning how each process should be done, how resources are to be acquired, and when the project should be completed.
- Flexible team player.
