A global healthcare company is looking for a Business P&O Manager. The selected candidate will develop and monitor business plans and manage cross-functional projects. Responsibilities
- Develop annual business plans with senior management
- Set and monitor business objectives aligned with short-term plans
- Manage cross-functional projects as PMO, including WBS creation and budget management
- Act as secretary for Country Manager meetings
- Analyse market information to provide insights to Country Manager
- Support specific actions related to Country Manager
- Background in project management
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Experience in consulting companies is preferred
- Prior experience in business planning functions or finance is a plus
- Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry is ideal
- Business level Japanese and English
