The Role We are looking for a talented Digital & Marketing Executive to join our dedicated, fun, and dynamic Marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving the development and execution of impactful marketing strategies and campaigns. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will help plan, execute, and optimize multichannel marketing initiatives, including creative content creation and graphic design skills. In this role you will:
- Optimise all digital channels including but not limited to email marketing, SEO, online and internal partner channels, website, and overall lever channels.
- Utilize experience in illustration, motion graphics, and Photoshop.
- Create content and animate social accounts including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Analyse media campaigns and rollout promotions to ensure optimum revenues are exceeded.
- Build rapport with team members as well as influencers, content producers, and local partnerships.
- Are passionate and well-versed in content creation and innovation. Thinking outside the box is only the start!
- Have the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced yet supportive environment.
- Have exceptional understanding of consumer behaviour.
- Can demonstrate how to foster positive relationships with partners and colleagues.
- Have a keen understanding of digital systems and processes.
