Business Coach We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Coach to join our team in Al-Khor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business and coaching, with the ability to guide and support individuals to reach their full potential. This role requires a deep understanding of various business industries, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Business Coach will be responsible for providing guidance, training, and support to individuals at all levels of their career journey. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others succeed in their professional endeavors. Accommodation will be provided for the right candidate. Salary: 1700$ City: Al-Khor Nationality: Malayalee or Egyptian preferred Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business coaching or related field
  2. Strong understanding of various business industries
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to motivate, inspire, and support individuals at all levels
  5. Knowledge of coaching techniques and methodologies
  6. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with individuals at different stages of their career journey
  2. Create personalized development plans for each individual based on their goals and strengths
  3. Provide guidance, training, and support on various business topics such as leadership, strategy, marketing, etc.
  4. Monitor progress and provide feedback to help individuals achieve their goals
  5. Collaborate with other coaches and team members to continuously improve coaching strategies
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in coaching
  7. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  8. Travel may be required for on-site coaching sessions
