Assistant Store Manager Job Location : UAE Job Description : • Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee store operations, optimizing efficiency and productivity • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and feedback to drive performance • Participate in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the team • Monitor and manage store inventory levels, maintaining accurate records and timely replenishments • Ensure the store's visual appeal and organization are consistently maintained • Address customer complaints and inquiries, delivering exceptional service and resolving issues promptly • Contribute to the development of store policies and procedures, promoting compliance among staff members • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets by actively promoting products and driving sales • Facilitate regular staff meetings and training sessions to keep employees informed and engaged • Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed • Knowledge of inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred
