SMB Account Manager - Arabic Speaking (Riyadh)

Responsibilities TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. TikTok has global offices including Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Singapore, Jakarta, Seoul and Tokyo. TikTok's SMB team aims to help businesses, agencies and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth. To help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok, our SMB team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric strategic mindset. We're looking for a dynamic, passionate SMB Account Manager with a digital advertising background to join our growing Account Management team in Riyadh. You will be a crucial member of a growing team that will partner with high value SMB advertisers, focusing on activating, nurturing, and growing accounts. Key Responsibilities
  • Raise the bar
  • Be results focused, grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with SMB clients and agencies.
  • Make your own discoveries - Grow a deep understanding of TikTok's products, processes and tools.
  • Assume ownership and work with small and medium clients to optimize their TikTok campaigns.
  • Embrace change as an opportunity - You will have a growth mindset.
  • Collaboration creates value - Support new team members as they learn about our products and processes.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
  • Account management or sales experience
  • Good experience in marketing/social media/advertising or tech industry with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills in both English and Arabic.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Passionate about TikTok marketing
  • Critical thinking, analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
  • Team working skills, ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment
