About Job Join our team as Remote Administrative Data Entry Specialists, where you'll remotely input data into our online systems and manage social media platforms. This fully remote role eliminates the necessity for a physical office presence. Duties

  1. Entering data into computer systems with precision and proficiency.
  2. Validating data precision and entirety.
  3. Refreshing and upholding database records.
  4. Liaising with other departments for information acquisition.
  5. Preserving the confidentiality of sensitive data.
  6. Observing data privacy and security procedures.
  7. Assisting with additional administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
  1. Access to a smart phone and/or personal computer.
  2. Fast internet connectivity.
  3. Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and data input applications.
  4. Robust typing capabilities.
  5. Capacity to operate unsupervised or collaboratively.
  6. Effective organizational and time-management skills.
  7. Skill in safeguarding confidentiality.
  8. Capability to adhere to timely schedules.
