The Purpose of this Work Instruction is to ensure that our Service Delivery Standards and Operational Efficiencies are constantly maintained at the highest level.2. THE SCOPEThe scope of this Work Instruction is to cover all aspects of Key Accounts which fall under the jurisdiction and control of the Regional/General Manager.3. REFERENCES3.1. People3.2. Competence3.4. Customer Focus4. RESPONSIBILITYThe Regional Manager and the General Manager are responsible.5. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITYThe following shall be deemed to be, but not limited to the Key Accounts Managers' areas of responsibility.Ability to balance the budget and save on soft costsAbility to draft and extract reports key areas of responsibilityDevelop training programs to address training needsAudits and InspectionsIndustrial relations supportAbility to work independently and manage high value portfolioFocus on building rapport with customersExperience in managing a large workforceConducting surveys to ensure customers are satisfied with their products and servicesIdentify and conclude upsell opportunities within customer baseIndependently manage new client on-boarding and existing client off-boardingMonitoring site performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issuesLiaising with internal departmentsManage wages within allocated portfolio to ensure accuracy and timely processingManage wage, chemical and equipment costs to ensure profitability per site allocatedEnsure compliance to Health and Safety requirements for all sitesAssist with management and control of Debtors accountsProven negotiation and influencing skillsKnowledge of UAE lawsStrong problem solving and analytical skillsBasic knowledge of Health and SafetyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated commitment to high ethical standards within a diverse workplaceStrong commitment to service and quality standards as well as Client SatisfactionDemonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projectsDemonstrated experience in coaching, motivating, developing and leading a professional TeamFlexible and collaborative work style including commitment to get required output and resolving operational problems timeously
