Experienced Life Insurance Administration Officer - New Business Processing Dept.We are looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join our Life Insurance department.Based in our Dubai office, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to our financial advisers and our customers by utilizing excellent and in-depth knowledge of the life insurance products we distribute and following our internal /external policies and procedures.What will you be doing:Handle and resolve life insurance queries raised by financial advisers and customersEvaluate new business and servicing applicationsAssist financial advisers and customer with documentationMaintain client and policy data in our internal systemInteract regularly with product providers and financial advisers, to ensure that customer requests are dealt withCoordinate with our compliance department when requiredDemonstrate a "can do" and professional attitudeWhat we are looking for:Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer servicing role in the life insurance industryFamiliar with life insurance providers operating with the local market, their products, and processesMust be a team player and use their initiativeExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenBe able to multi-task and prioritize workloadProficiency with Excel, Word and OutlookBenefits we offer:Nexus offers an attractive package including medical cover and group life insuranceGrowth opportunities availableONLY THOSE WHO CAN ANSWER YES TO THE FOLLOWING WILL BE CONSIDERED:Do you have a minimum of 3 years Life Insurance experience?Can you speak and write fluently in English?
