DescriptionWe are looking for a Sri Lankan candidate for our reputed General Trading company as an Online Sales Marketing Expert.Responsibilities:Initiate contact with potential customers through email, chat, social media, and other online platforms to generate leads and build a client base.Develop a deep understanding of our products or services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock or product shortages.Conduct online product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to showcase the benefits of products and close sales deals.Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel, tracking interactions and progress in a CRM system.Provide exceptional customer support, address inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.Generate and submit regular sales reports, detailing progress, opportunities, and challenges to the sales manager.Provide valuable feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer insights and interactions.Manage and oversee social media content, planning and implementing campaigns across a variety of social platforms.Maintain and keep updating the shopping website.Job SpecificationChef Lanka General Trading LLC is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Online Sales Marketing Associate in the field of Marketing in one of their offices located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
