Hello, Greetings from NES Fircroft! We have an opportunity with one of our reputed client in Dubai, UAE for the role of "Contracts Manager". Experience: 6+ Years experience in Oil and Gas with similar role as well as from EPC, and Operator external company.   Contract Management, Variation order management, Contract/ Legal review, Commercial center experience.   Pre-contract:

  • Preparing flow-down conditions (special T&Cs)
  • Dealing with the contractual (and commercial if needed) clarifications during pre-award
  • Contract preparation
  • Familiar with MSA/Frame agreement
  • Insurance, guarantees
    • Post contract:
  • Change management
  • Letter correspondences
  • Contracts compliance
