Do you have experience in sales?About the jobThis role will be responsible for developing profitable and sustainable rental activities in line with the rental strategy and budget for targeted accounts.Your role as a Rental SpecialistDevelop rental revenue from national accountsManage own rental performance based on a set of agreed KPIs and targetsGather, analyze, and anticipate customer needs and market developments and opportunitiesCreate project plans for rentalBuild and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers and partnersProvide accurate, timely, and complete management information and reports, including but not limited to previous rental and forecasted rentalImplementation of company initiativesParticipate in the professionalization and structuring of the equipment rental process, including CRM system and key account management toolsSupport marketing in the implementation of company marketing plans as neededMaintain up-to-date commercial skills, market, and product knowledgeParticipate in fairs, trade shows, and other relevant eventsSupport and work within the Manlift Way guidelinesAdhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codesFollow up on payments and debtors in coordination with the Credit Control DepartmentYour personality makes the differenceInfluencing OthersSolution-mindedCustomer OrientationBuilding Collaborative RelationshipsWhat do you have to offer us?Education: Higher education degree or work levelExperience: Extensive knowledge of heavy equipment / AWP rental market, with at least 3 - 4 years of experience in rental sales and key account managementSkills: Role will cover UAE (may require travel to GCC countries)Ability to understand technical aspects of AWPStrong commercial knowledgeStrong command of English and knowledge of an additional language is an assetExcellent command of MS Office applicationsWilling to work in an international network organizationBecome part of a dynamic team where you can make a real difference for our customers.
