We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented A1 Associate to join our recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn, setting up introduction calls, and managing candidate information in our CRM system, Bullhorn. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong professional relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  1. LinkedIn Sourcing: Conduct targeted searches on LinkedIn to identify potential candidates based on job requirements and industry standards. Utilize advanced search techniques to maximize candidate sourcing effectiveness. Initiate personalized outreach to candidates, highlighting relevant opportunities and the benefits of partnering with our recruitment business. Engage candidates through direct messages, emails, and other communication channels.
  2. Setting Up Introduction Calls: Schedule and coordinate introduction calls between candidates and the recruitment team. Prepare for calls by reviewing candidate profiles and creating agendas to facilitate discussions.
  3. Building Connections: Actively expand the professional network on LinkedIn by connecting with candidates and industry professionals. Introduce candidates to the recruitment team and establish rapport. Input and maintain accurate records of all candidates sourced from LinkedIn in the Bullhorn CRM system. Track candidate availability, interests, and interactions to provide a comprehensive view of each candidate's status.
  4. Data Entry and Reporting: Regularly update candidate profiles with new information and feedback from interviews or calls. Generate reports on sourcing activities, candidate engagement, and recruitment metrics.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with recruiting managers and team members to align sourcing strategies with recruitment goals. Communicate effectively about candidate progress, challenges, and successes.
  6. Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay updated on best practices for candidate sourcing, recruitment technologies, and industry trends. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance recruitment skills.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a Finance related field (preferred).
  2. Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related role (preferred).
  3. Proficiency in using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing and networking.
  4. Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Bullhorn, is a plus.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  8. A proactive approach to problem-solving and candidate engagement.
  9. English and/or German speaking is preferred.
