Job Title: Property Consultant Department: Sales & Marketing Location: Dubai, UAE Job Types: Full Time Salary: TBD
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualifying company leads and managing customer journey till deal closing including pitching, answering all questions, flipping objections, negotiations, and closing deals successfully.
- Generating new business using the client database using phone and email (platform and full infrastructure provided).
- Matching clients to specific properties/projects according to their needs assessment.
- Arranging and conducting viewings, open-house days and developer visits professionally, and registering clients with the developer.
- Negotiating offers between both buyer and seller/developer, including payment plans and finance options available.
- Managing all paperwork related to the sale or lease as it proceeds and liaising with all interested parties and authorities.
- Expert up-to-date knowledge of the rules and regulations surrounding the residential and/or commercial property market within Dubai.
- Becoming knowledgeable about your specific area in Dubai (or selected developer projects if primary) and showing off local interests and amenities to prospective buyers/tenants.
- Expert, up-to-date knowledge about investing in real estate in Dubai.
- Being active on social media as a realtor is a plus.
Remuneration:
- Commission of up to 60% (uncapped).
- Real estate license (RERA).
- Visa and medical insurance.
- Weekly in-house training & in developers briefing.
- Professional marketing support.
- Monthly awards & incentives, weekend resort retreats, shopping vouchers.
