Head of Operations- Corporate Service Provider

Our client is looking for a dynamic Head of Operations to lead our growing team of 30 professionals in delivering exceptional corporate services. This senior leadership role requires deep expertise in UAE Free Zone and mainland business setup regulations. You will drive operational excellence, ensure compliance, and lead a high-performing team to enhance the client experience and business efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership : Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of 30 employees, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.
Operational Efficiency : Oversee daily operations, identifying opportunities for process optimization and driving initiatives to improve service delivery and productivity.
Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with all UAE Free Zone and mainland regulations related to business setup and corporate services, staying updated on changes in laws.
Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with sales, legal, and administrative teams to streamline processes and enhance service offerings, meeting client needs efficiently.
Performance Management : Set clear KPIs and performance metrics, providing ongoing coaching and development to team members while evaluating operational success.
Client Relations : Act as a key stakeholder in managing client relationships, ensuring timely and quality delivery of business setup services.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 5+ years experience in operations management within the corporate services or business setup industry.
In-depth knowledge of UAE Free Zone and mainland regulations and a strong understanding of business setup processes.
Proven experience in managing and leading a team of 20+ professionals, with a focus on strategic operations and growth.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a track record of driving operational improvements.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
