The New Role The company is now seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Software Engineer to join the development team responsible for designing, developing, enhancing and deploying complex software applications, systems and solutions by using a range of technologies and platforms. Key duties include but are not limited to

• Design, implement, and maintain the web applications using different tools as per the requirements.
• Analyse designs to determine coding, programming, and integration activities required based on general objectives and knowledge of overall architecture of product or solution. 
• Identify and debug, and create solutions for issues with optimized code and integration into application architecture. 
• Manage applications and systems implementations, including installation, configuration, customisation, integration, and data migration.
• Maintain clear, precise, and detailed documentation for both new and existing applications developments.
• Develop unit plan and perform unit testing and provide continuously improved product experience.
• Provide in-depth engineering support (debugging, performance optimizations, etc.) during the rollout phase to customers. 
• Drive continuous improvement of business processes through technology and innovation.
• Work closely with team members to share knowledge, insights, and best practices.

• Degree-level qualification in Computer Science or Information Technology field.
• Minimum of three years’ experiences in IT industry.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, etc.
• Familiarity with the management of SQL databases and schema design.
• Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to teamwork and collaboration as well as keeping abreast of market trends, innovations, and industry development.
