We are looking for specialist on digital marketing to manage, coordinate, implement and lead marketing campaigns, evaluate marketing performance.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute digital marketing plans that align with business objectives across multiple channels including, but not limited to, email, social media, website, and paid advertising.Serve as the primary point of contact for all things digital marketing, managing projects from start to finish while maintaining strong communication with management.Create and maintain a strong brand presence online through consistent messaging and design across all channels.Write compelling copy for use in digital marketing campaigns, landing pages, website content, and social media posts.Stay up to date on latest digital marketing trends and best practices, sharing insights with the team and making recommendations for implementation.Manage day-to-day activities of the digital marketing team, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to direct reports.Oversee budget for digital marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources.Analyse data and metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI, making necessary adjustments to improve results.Generate monthly reports detailing progress against goals and objectives.Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business strategy.Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead implementation of new processes and systems.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field2-3 years of relevant professional experience in digital marketingProven success developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and lead generationExperience with web analytics tools, such as Google AnalyticsProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
