A European managed Cleaning and Technical Services company in Dubai is looking to hire a well-organised, extrovert and multitasker male HR/Admin executive with at least 2 years' experience in the UAE, preferably in the Maid service or Cleaning and/or Facility Management business, to manage the growing family of 300 members.Responsibilities:Full recruitment processOversee employees' welfare which includes but is not limited to health and safety, accommodation management, employees' development, handling employee grievances, etc.All employee issues and concernsAdministrative duties including but not limited to company documents renewal, insurance-related tasks, monthly payroll report, etc.Requirements:At least 2 years HR experience in the UAE is a MUSTExperience in managing more than 100 employees is a MUSTWell-knowledgeable with UAE labor law and visa processingEffective communication, mentoring, counseling skillsPassion for working with other peopleEffective administrative & organisation skillsProficient in English speaking and writingProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointWe offer competitive salaries plus incentives and all other benefits as per the UAE law.
