Responsibilities

• You represent the operations teams  for the flexible SDWAN offer project (for both French and international scopes) by
  • expressing and promoting operational needs
  • promoting new features and good practices
  • managing the training needs of the experts

• You deliver the right level of communication and KPIs for GDO management and for all our stakeholders (Marketing, Design authority, Zones) like number of live sites, number of customers, and globally on every activities under your responsibility
• You are contributing to the operational model transformation with French and international central teams:
  • To instanciate incubation/squad teams
  • To define the target operational model
  • To support and provide a follow up on the transition towards target model
• You are in charge of the animation of the operational governance
  • With French operations and OCD for French customers
  • With international operations and Cairo incubation teams for international customers
  • Key point of contact about bespoke deals (in pre sales phase) for feasibility and operational impacts
• You are strongly animating the release management process for operations
  • Following the PoP upgrades from our infrastructure department which can have impacts the service
  • Ensuring with the operations (French and international scopes) that the upgrade campaigns are well performed
• You also animating a capacity planning committee, defining and setting up the right KPIs and dashboards
• You are in charge of the maintenance in operational and security conditions (MCO/MCS) of all the eco system of the Flexible SDWAN service:
  • You define the operational organization
  • You identify the tooling requirements
  • You maintain a global deviation backlog and make sure the quality of the topologies/configurations  is under control
• You are in charge of operational security
  • You have a key role as ATAR resource owner
  • You ensure security deviations are being followed and corrected by French and international operations, in collaboration with account teams and security officers
  • You maintain a security deviation backlog
• You are  highly visible, available, to all stakeholders as the right entry  point for scopeless/scopefull operational subjects.

Skill Profile Education and Certifications:

• Engineering Degree in Computer, Communication, Electronics, MIS or equivalent experience.

Professional Experience:

• At least 6 years of IT/Network/security operation technical experience.
• Project management, transversal project experience
• Previous direct management experience is a plus

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership abilities, act as an owner for constant improvement in the team, and work with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills (written, oral, presentations) with a keen sense of ownership; and comfortable communicating with stakeholders and team members
• Excellent analytical, decision making, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent relationship and stakeholder management
• Educate, coach and influence team members.
• Able to multi-task prioritizing tasks and to meet deadlines.
• Experience in report writing, developing dashboards / reports highlighting risks for senior management
• Fluent in both spoken and written English is a must, French is a plus
