Job Title:Sales CoordinatorJob Ref:W-SC-210918Salary Range:4,000-6,000 AEDOpening:2Career Level:MiddleLocation:Deira / DIP / Dubai International City - UAERelated Products/Industry:Industrial weighing scales, measuring instruments, instrumentation & process control, industrial automation, material handling & lifting equipment, industrial tools & hardware, industrial electronics, marine, oil & gas, manufacturing machinery, packing and batching machines, commercial kitchen equipment, POS, office automation & supplies.Scope of Work:Customer servicePrepare & send quotations or PIFollow up and coordinate with operations and back-office on deliveries & services to ensure a high level of customer serviceOrder processing including orders received by the e-commerceCreate Invoice, DOCreation of PL, COOSupport business and products development tasksCreate & maintain logs and reports for sales and marketingUpdate/upload products on the websiteThis Job May Also Involve:Receive incoming inquiries via phone, email, website chatAssist the customer in technical and commercial aspects to choose a productSupport and assist sales executives and engineers in closingQualifications:2 years minimum experience in sales and service coordination within any of the related products/industriesExperience certificate/s relatedAble to understand our products and services in a short periodHighly disciplined and organized to meet all requested works by the stakeholders with excellent results and performanceMust be: Fast self-learner, confident personality, detail-oriented, 100% physically fitFluent in English with a clear accentSkilled and experienced in MS Word and Excel in preparing technical & commercial quotations, pricing, and cost calculationsGood online search skillsVery good in business communicationMinimum typing speed: 30WPMYou should be staying in an area where you have easy access to Business Bay and International City, or have your own car.Qualifications as Advantage:Good overall awareness of mechatronics productsUniversity/ Diploma degree (attested) preferably as an Engineer in Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Electronics or electro-mechanical related.Technical Support experienceReferences:All information provided in your application or CV must be accurate and carefully selected.Candidates should be able to provide any required references, supporting documents, certificates, or lettersCandidates should be able to pass a pre-employment assessment interview/test on:Ability to understand our productsMS Word and ExcelHow to Apply:Submit Your Application via Email: Send your application to jobs@petrame.com.Complete the Online Application Form: For a preferred method of submission, click the 'Apply for this job' button below to fill out and submit the official online application form.
