We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to evaluating and shortlisting candidates.Experience: 1-2 years of experience as an HR recruiterLocation: DubaiBasic Salary: 2000 AEDQualification: Bachelor's DegreeResponsibilitiesAssist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews online.Compile and update employee records.Follow up with clients for timely payments.Provide clerical and administrative support.Strong and effective communicator.Experienced in the use of social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.Capable of going the extra mile for recruitment and onboarding deadlines.
