If you are willing to be responsible for the assembly, installation, removal, replacement, disassembly, test functionality and operability, maintenance and repair of instrumentation systems and their associated system components.Also, if you have a good understanding of engineering theory, the functions of components within systems and the effect on system operation of failure and a strong knowledge of safety and quality requirements of FMCG, then this role is just for you!What will your main responsibilities be?Strong knowledge of automation and control system for troubleshooting and basics of electrical and power system.Be able to read and interpret relevant engineering drawings, specifications, quality standards and equipment manuals.Follow work instructions and relevant plans and schedules.Strong technical knowledge of Pressure, flow, temperature, measurement and control system.Experience of working on DCS, drives and PLC.Understanding and troubleshooting/implementation of legal, safety and quality related interlocks in system.Involve in evaluation of instrument performance to identify optimization and enhancement opportunities.Development, execution, and maintenance of preventive maintenance system for plantwide instrumentation and control hardware and software systems.Understanding of UMS methodologies and its implementation in routine activities.Good communication skills and teamwork.What you need to succeed?Experiences & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering.3-5 years in similar role, preferably in FMCG industry.Project management experience of Computerized Maintenance Management system CMMS.Excellent analytical skills.Can analyze large quantities of data quickly to identify correlations and trends.Usage of small quantities of data and make calculated scientific assumptions to identify trends.Expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel and PBI.Able to build models for failure analysis, efficient improvement and energy predictions.Ability to present information and trends to the management in an understanding and action-oriented way.FMCG Background is a plus.SkillsAbility to build and maintain collaborative relationships and manage effectively at a store/customer level.Understanding channel & customer's levers to build compelling selling stories that land key priorities and drive mutual growth.Strong ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation (internally & externally).Strong Bias for action to drive through change with multiple markets/stakeholders.
