Lead growth initiatives and expand their market presence in the dental consumables industry across the KSA. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in business development, relationship management, and a deep understanding of the dental market. Client Details: Dental equipment and consumables supplier. Description:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive sales growth and market share for dental consumables.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with dental clinics, hospitals, and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust business strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop campaigns and initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategies to senior management.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with key clients and partners.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and its products.
- Educational degree in Dentistry is a must.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the dental or medical consumables sector.
- Strong knowledge of the dental industry in KSA.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid KSA driving license.
