Category: ManufacturingCareer Level: Experienced (Non-Managerial)Experience: StudentRequired Qualification: Diploma / BachelorRequires Traveling: NoSalary: Salary Not disclosedSalary Type: Per MonthTotal Vacancies: 1DescriptionCreate, establish, and maintain all requirements and procedures of ISO certificates according to our industry.Administers job safety program; audits and inspects job site to detect and correct safety hazards.Monitors the safety performance of all manufacturing/production operations.Performs accident record analysis and issues reports on a regularly scheduled basis.Promote HSE training and awareness initiatives at all levels.Conducts new hires safety orientation, daily safety huddles, and weekly toolbox training.Conducts risk assessments for upcoming work and provides technical assistance to the safety planning process.Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.Collaborate in developing and managing the Division HSE Management System in accordance with applicable policies, standards, legislation, organizational assets, and existing operating procedures.Represents management during safety inspections of the job site by regulatory authorities or company insurance carriers.Ensure maintenance of certification requirements in line with ISO certificates and others.Meet and fulfill all the HSE Objectives & KPI's/targets for Corporate & project-wise respectively.Maintain and update the register of regulations as and when need arises or in line with changes in legal requirements.Perform other duties as assigned by Management.Job SpecificationFiza Shaikh (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of HSE Coordinator in the field of Manufacturing in one of their offices located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The position requires skills in requirements, procedures, industry, safety, program, site, performance, production, operations, analysis, basis, HSE training, awareness, orientation, training, risk, technical assistance, planning, process, HSE management system, policies, standards, operating, and management. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
