About the Team
The Office Intelligence team aims to deliver advanced product solutions in the Corporate Service Management domain.
Job Responsibility
Responsible for the server-side project development of ByteDance's enterprise solution products.
Participate in the construction of backend infrastructure, tackling technical problems.
Explore tools and processes to improve team efficiency.
Contribute at all stages of the product delivery cycle.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, a major in computer science or related fields is preferred, with more than 5 years of work experience.
Familiar with Java or Golang related technology stack.
Familiar with distributed system design patterns.
Familiar with MySQL and mainstream NoSQL databases.
Strong self-learning ability and excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in English is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in multinational management.
Experience in front-end or/and client side development.
Familiarity with AI / ML.
