Assist project managers with specific administrative tasks related to their assigned projects. They organize and communicate all the details of projects and specific assignments to team members and serve as a liaison between those team members and the project manager.Job Purpose:Assist project managers with specific administrative tasks related to their assigned projects. They organize and communicate all the details of projects and specific assignments to team members and serve as a liaison between those team members and the project manager.Key Accountabilities & Working Relationships:Execute project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other financial documents.Supervise the project procurement process.Meeting with project clients to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines.Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what's needed at the right time.Monitoring the daily progress of projects.Providing detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders.Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits.Organizing reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access.Planning meetings and organizing project logistics.Performing billing and bookkeeping tasks.Ordering necessary office supplies.Ensure compliance with all applicable information security policies & procedures.Ensure quality and accuracy of the engineering deliverables for the discipline and compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) responsibilities.Who we are looking for:Diploma in engineering or equivalent.Preferred - any additional certification courses in Project Management and Planning.Proven experience in project management, from conception to delivery.Excellent ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.Proficient in organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.Knowledge of risk management and quality assurance control.Exposure to planning software like PRIMAVERA / MS PROJECT.Expert knowledge in MS EXCEL.Good understanding of engineering processes and ERP system.Ability to understand & work through complex planning issues in support of ever evolving business needs.Demonstrated high order interpersonal skills and the ability to operate within a multinational environment.Good presentation skills.Project management principles.Different project execution strategies.Estimation and cost control.Construction management principles.Understand the total value chain of the business on projects.Competent in problem solving, negotiation and facilitation in a project environment.Cost estimating analytical techniques.About Application ProcessIf you meet the criteria and you are enthusiastic about the role, we would welcome your application.
