About the Job: An opportunity has arisen for an IT Product Manager to join Jumeirah Group & Corporate . The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

Manage and execute the IT product strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives and enhances the luxury guest experience.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including hotel management, operations, and IT teams, to ensure requirements for IT products and systems are met.
Manage product backlog, ensuring that it reflects business priorities, is well-defined, and ready for development.
Collaborate with development teams, UX/UI designers, and other relevant departments to ensure effective and timely delivery of IT products.
Build the information used for user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development teams in building high-quality solutions.
Collaborate with the IT project manager to coordinate product releases, ensuring that they align with business timelines and expectations.
Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners to ensure the successful integration and support of IT products.
Work with training teams to develop user training programs and support documentation for hotel staff to ensure effective adoption of new IT products.
Maintain monitoring and analytics tools to assess the performance of IT products and systems, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the IT security team to ensure that all IT products meet security and compliance standards, protecting sensitive guest information.

About you:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Customer Research or related field;
Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar IT Product Operations role.
Experience in e-commerce, internet and/or digital media.
Proven results tying analytics to impact business results.
Excellent knowledge of a wide range of IT product specialization areas and processes.
Deep expertise in the various aspects of IT, technology trends, data, and analytics.
