The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of network protocols, security technologies, and best practices to protect our systems and data from cyber threats.Responsibilities:Network Security Design: Design and implement network security solutions to safeguard the organization's network infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, and secure access controls.Security Architecture: Develop and maintain network security architecture blueprints, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the organization.Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities, evaluate threats, and recommend remediation strategies.Incident Response: Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures to effectively respond to and mitigate security incidents.Security Monitoring: Implement and manage security monitoring tools and systems to detect and respond to security threats in real-time.Security Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to network security, such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, software development, and compliance, to integrate security best practices into all aspects of the organization's operations.Research and Innovation: Stay current with emerging threats, security technologies, and industry trends to continuously enhance the organization's network security posture.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in network security architecture and design.
