Job Summary This Company is seeking an experienced Transaction Development Specialist to work as a senior transaction lead and advisor to the ThirdParty Transaction Development Dept (TPT) within our New Business Development Admin Area (NBD). The core vision of NBD is to be This Companys toptier investment arm renowned for creating value through an optimized and diverse portfolio. Its mission is to leverage This Companys assets capabilities and spend to commercially develop hold and manage noncore adjacent businesses. TPTs objectives are to successfully develop and execute thirdparty projects to provide longterm cost savings through effective capital optimization and balanced risk allocation nurture crossbusiness collaboration and skill share and be an employer of choice through talent development and retention. NBD is looking to appoint a highly experienced transaction specialist to lead the transaction development/procurement process through to financial close for Build Own Operate Transfer (BOOT) Build Own Operate (BOO) and other relevant outsourcing models across all sectors including power water midstream assets pipelines real estate and services projects. The Specialist must demonstrate the ability to work with and lead multidisciplinary teams in complex thirdparty transactions either as a client or as a bidder. The role will also include supporting other departments in prefeasibility and feasibility studies determining the viability of future thirdparty projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead the review of affiliates corporate finance matters including liquidity working capital dividends and capital structure. Evaluate and recommend ways to optimize intragroup lending demonstrating an understanding of structuring and tax optimization opportunities. Join the Affiliates & Structuring Advisory Division within the Group Treasury Management Department of This Company. Lead and advise on Treasury matters related to This Companys Affiliates including WhollyOwned Joint Ventures and Public Entities. Possess experience in valuation and financial modeling. Knowledgeable in debt financing and other financial instruments. Understand intragroup lending and tax organization. Possess applicable team skills and crossfunctional experience. Exposed to Mergers and Acquisitions. Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization including mentoring new hires and presenting to the This Company Management Committee. Requirements: Willingness to relocate to Dhahran Saudi Arabia. Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Economics Accounting Engineering or its equivalent is required. Advanced professional competence evidenced by professional licenses and other forms of continuing professional education. 12 years relevant experience in business development. A foremost expert in business development will possess relevant industry expertise and will have solid experience in project development BOOT/PPP/DBFO projects project finance transactions and joint ventures. Proficient in oral and written English. Some command of Arabic is beneficial but not mandatory. Oil,Gas,Refinery,Business Development,PPP,BOOT,DBFO
