As a female Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties while providing expert advice.What Elite Equities Real Estate Provides:Company laptop, sim card and phone.Cozy office that has an overflowing of refreshments and snacks.Full marketing support.Access to sponsored leads.Key Responsibilities:Convince clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about properties to prospective buyers or tenants.Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored property solutions.Negotiate and finalize property transactions, ensuring all legal and financial aspects are handled efficiently.Prepare and manage necessary documentation, contracts, and agreements related to property transactions.Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.Qualifications:Two years of solid experience in the Dubai real estate sector.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
